If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of both the item and its packaging. We will review your request promptly and work with our production partner to arrange a replacement or refund whenever appropriate.
